Kory Dollar Strikes Again!

Set up at the Recycled Arts Festival at Esther Short Park, Vancouver, Washington.

As this was nearing completion, Kory Dollar of Marvelous Mosaic came by and gave it that ‘Dollar Touch’, it’s kind of like a Midas Touch, only instead of making metal, she makes art!
