Wow! So very cool... now I want to visit the show in Vegas. Finally a good reason to go there. The octagon tree is truly beautiful, blew my mind!🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Hi Paul, thank you for the restack and wonderful take - yes,, humans can do wonderful things if they grasp the realities that abound. That is one of the reasons I like to follow your journey through China, you are peeling away a lifetime of what you were taught, re-examining each belief, and keeping the good insightful ones in order to walk a more enlightened path.
Once you and I get things sorted out, let’s meet in Vegas and just sit poolside and watch the world go by for a while. Wouldn’t hurt, right?
Again, thank you Paul, your comments mean a lot to me. I’m not able to comment on some of your posts because I get to them too late and they slip behind the paywall. My life is very unpredictable and I don’t always have the time to read everything I want on time, but I do have the email buried in the avalanche of mail I get. Take good care, my friend.
That would be nice.... we like Vegas, my wife and I, though we never had to time to explore much beyond work while there, and the main attractions (casinos) aren't our thing. ☺️ We have promised each other to return someday just for pure enjoyment.
Dave, hearing a bit about the effects of the paywall is good for me too, thank you. I don't know if that decision helped in any positive way... maybe a change to three weeks, I was thinking about that...
Should you get back to the US, it would be an honor to meet you and your mysterious bride. Although I'm in northwest Oregon, which is not exactly close to Vegas, you could show her what our forests and northern coasts are like and take a leisurely drive south, stopping at points of interest. I would even make a fine home cooked meal if you can stomach the old American standards.
Paul, as far as paywalls go, I understand your need to be recompensed for your efforts, but to someone such as myself who is struggling to pay the bills, the paywall is rather irksome. That isn't your fault, my friend, it is my series of medical issues that severely hampered my ability to earn a decent living.
Another aspect is your articles are often so long that I have to listen via the app because of my limited eyesight. The email I can read any time, but I have to use my really lame text-to-speech reader and so will often put it off too long and can no longer comment. I also want to see the pictures in full resolution that can only be done via email. The three weeks option would help ME a great deal, but I would NOT want you to short change yourself on my account.
You are probably doing everything right, I stink at business and why I'll probably remain poor for the foreseeable future, or at least until I get better and can produce more.
Anyway, Paul, you take care and never concern yourself about me, just give your sweetie a hug from Kathie and me!
Thanks for featuring the mosaic I’m working on. By the time your next one comes out I’ll be done with it. Then folks can see what Brenda will be viewing whenever she’s in her office.
I dislike whatever it is that people throw in their dryers with their clothes. We're in a neighborhood where that smell travels from house to house, prompting me to shut all the windows and make questionable comments on Substack.

I know what to do. Let me know if it goes thru as expected. 😉
We would both LOVE to see Oregon and a homecooked meal. Thank you for such a kind invitation 🙏🏻
Thank you, Claire, if you like it then I know I'm doing something right because you live in that same vein of humor as me.
Air "fresheners" aka "fragrances" Blech! Love the glass work and those glass dots are fab!
Beautiful work. Thanks for sharing it.
Your kind words are music to my eyes and ears! Thank YOU for sharing your thoughts.
Pretty fun blog, Hon.
